This program is designed for distance runner aged 10 and up. It offers year-round training for track and field in the spring and summer, and cross country in the fall and winter. The training is progressive and tailored to each athlete’s strengths, helping them excel in competition.
**Application is required to join the team.
We offer once-a-week cross country training for ages 8 and up, with sessions held on Wednesdays. Participation in other sports, such as soccer, is encouraged to maintain a strong fitness level and stay on track with the program.
**Participation in races is mandatory.
Recreational runners can join anytime with a one-time non-refundable registration fee and a $403 monthly fee, which includes a weekly 90-minute training session on either Tuesday or Thursday with other teams.
